We perform independent quality inspections at every critical stage of production. We check against YOUR specifications – not what the factory thinks is “good enough.” If something is wrong, we catch it in China, where it can still be fixed.
Inspection types:
During Production Inspection (DPI): We visit while manufacturing is underway. Early enough to catch problems, late enough to see real work. Factories can correct issues before producing everything.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): When 80-100% of goods are finished and at least 80% packed. We sample randomly, check against specifications, and decide: ship, rework, or reject.
Container Loading Supervision (CLS): We watch every item go into the container. Count verification, damage check, proper loading. No shortages. No surprises at arrival.
